First, we have an obligation-free chat to work out exactly what you need. I’ll help you understand what a bookkeeper can do for your business, but after our chat if you think you’d rather do it yourself that’s OK.
If you decide to go ahead, you’ll get a checklist outlining the next steps. Every business is different, so this way we’re both clear about what we need to do to start the process.
This is when we get your systems set up, for example linking bank accounts, setting up Xero (software) or an app on your phone. Sometimes clients want to do certain things themselves, some want training, and some just want us to do it.
Now you start using your new system. As we go along, we’ll identify any problems and work out where you need more help. You might decide to get some extra training or ask us to do everything! It’s about understanding what’s right for you.
We provide weekly or fortnightly check-ins to make sure we’re on track. We liaise with your accountant and get you ready for the end of the financial year pain-free.
It’s about working together to achieve the best outcome for your business and for you. The end result is- we all get a better night’s sleep!
